The messy parts of hosting, handled

Most host spreadsheets stop at revenue minus expenses. This one copes with how short-term rentals really work.

Paste, don't type

Import your Airbnb and Booking.com exports. Columns are matched by header and the exact fees come across.

Every platform's real cost

Commission, fixed and payment fees per channel, plus the effective fee % you actually paid.

Correct by the month

Stays that cross a month or year end are split by nights automatically.

Tourist tax & VAT

Per taxable guest per night with optional night caps. VAT per property, or 0%.

Costs on autopilot

Cleaning, laundry and supplies are added to every stay. Shared bills are split across properties.

Co-host ready

Monthly owner statements with your management fee, and a turnover schedule that flags same-day check-ins.
